In my seven years at Noggin Labs (now owned by global services firm Ernst & Young)…

I’ve written and developed digital learning content for clients as far-ranging as tween retail brands to pharmaceutical companies to academic institutions to JPL.

My position as a senior content producer demands a full array of project management skills including client ideation and creative collaboration with multiple members of the production team. Working in digital learning turned into a career that transformed my writing and my approach to dramatic storytelling. My content producer career highlights include:

  • Writing a fair housing simulation for the National Realtors Association: I worked with real estate agents nationwide and fair housing advocates and lawyers to create realistic and immersive stories that explore the outcomes of discrimination. (I served as the lead senior analyst at EY on this project.)

  • Working with U.S. Soccer to create digital training for grassroots coaches and referees: U.S. Soccer wanted to revolutionize the grassroots approach to training and fostering young players. Our digital courseware focuses on the concepts of play, teamwork, and positive reinforcement. As a former player myself, I whole-heartedly believe in this approach, so I hope the digital training we created continues to be impactful! (I served as a lead content producer at Nogginlabs and at EY on these projects.)

  • Developing a digital training course for Ironman coaches: The majority of the content came directly from interviewing and collaborating with top Ironman athletes and coaches worldwide. (I served as a content producer at Nogginlabs on this project.)
